Valentines Day

So since the infamous Valentines day is just right around the corner I thought I would do a Valentines post. I know that usually single ladies HATE this day of love. I have always loathed it. I hated going to school and never having a secret admirer or a real valentine. I never won the Valentine box contest (thanks Megan McFall) I do enjoy the presents that my parents have gotten me in the past. Last year my sweet daddy got me a ginormous bouquet of flowers and brought it to school. I didn't even pretend a boy gave them to me cause no one else's daddies got them pretty flowers. Anyway valentines seems to be a cynical holiday. If you don't have a lover its the one day that everyone is acutely aware of it. Especially you. Since Cameron conveniently left 4 months prior to valentines day I am left all alone on this day of love. I have been a little bitter about it but I have decided to enjoy this beautiful holiday for all its worth. Maybe I will even join the kissing contest on campus and win a free iPod touch. No I wont go that far. But I am going to try to look at it as a holiday to appreciate the one's that I love (not romantically) It doesn't have to be romantic always does it? So for all those out there that will be enjoying their first married valentines I love you. :) For all those who have been married for years and this is just another valentines of many in the past and many to come I love you. :) And for all you lonely souls like myself I love you most of all. :) I hope that everyone enjoys a beautiful valentines. Men do something nice for your ladies. Ladies do something nice for your single friends. :)

Word to the wise, even though some might be lonely.. Don't eat your weight in conversation hearts, cinnamon lips and chocolate. Nothing good comes from it.
